You will work closely with Product, Trading, Risk and Legal teams to provide practical compliance solutions, support product launches and ensure regulatory requirements are effectively implemented.\nKey Responsibilities\nProvide day-to-day compliance advisory to Product and Business teams across financial trading, brokerage, derivatives and digital asset products.\nConduct regulatory assessments for new product launches, product enhancements, trading features and business initiatives.\nWork closely with Product Managers to understand product structures, trading mechanisms, customer journeys and commercial objectives, identifying potential regulatory risks.\nDevelop practical, business-oriented compliance solutions to enable product innovation while meeting applicable regulatory requirements.\nSupport product approval processes, regulatory gap assessments and implementation of compliance controls throughout the product lifecycle.\nPartner with regional Compliance, Legal, Risk and Operations teams to address cross-border product compliance requirements.\nIdentify and resolve product-related compliance issues, providing timely recommendations and supporting remediation initiatives.\n Requirements\nBachelor's degree in Law, Finance, Business or a related discipline.\nMinimum 5 years of relevant experience in Product Compliance, Business Compliance Advisory or Regulatory Advisory within financial services, brokerage, FinTech or digital assets.\nStrong understanding of financial trading products, preferably including FX, derivatives, leveraged trading or cryptocurrencies.\nProven hands-on experience supporting product launches, product compliance assessments and resolving regulatory challenges with business stakeholders.\nGood knowledge of financial services regulations in Singapore, Hong Kong or other major financial markets.\nCommercially minded, proactive and solutions-oriented, with the ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with Product and Trading teams.\nExcellent communication and presentation skills, with proficiency in both English and Chinese to effectively engage regional Chinese-speaking
