You will play a key role in budgeting, financial reporting, audits, tax, and risk mitigation while ensuring strict compliance with financial regulations.\nKey Responsibilities:\nFinancial Reporting: Prepare and review monthly management accounts and annual financial statements in compliance with MPERS, MFRS, or IFRS.\nBudgeting & Analysis: Prepare annual budgets and rolling forecasts, perform variance analysis, and conduct risk scenario planning to provide financial insights.\nOperations Management: Oversee daily accounting operations including AP, AR, GL, and bank reconciliations to ensure accurate records.\nCompliance & Tax: Ensure adherence to tax regulations through the review of computations and submissions.\nStakeholder Engagement: Liaise with auditors, tax agents, bankers, and other departments to gather data and ensure timely reporting.\nTreasury & Risk: Monitor cash flow, manage working capital, and implement strategies to minimize risks in financial processes.\nProcess Improvement: Enhance internal control systems and propose improvements for financial policies.\nAd Hoc Support: Perform additional assignments as required by the Finance Manager or senior management.\nWhat We’re Looking For:\nEducation: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance;
