You ensure flows are intuitive, uninterrupted, and optimized for investigation efficiency, minimizing friction for users. \nOwn Problem Discovery, Not Just Delivery: You go beyond executing stakeholder requests. You understand how to structure relational data and have a conceptual grasp of OLTP vs. OLAP (knowing when to pull from the service DB vs. the ClickHouse cloud).\nCommunication Mastery: You possess executive-level verbal clarity. You are a literate, confident speaker who can command a room, explain technical trade-offs to owners, and present with total professional poise.\n Language: Advanced English (C1 preferred) is mandatory.
