This role goes beyond traditional support, focusing on proactive monitoring, incident management, cloud networking, and automation.\nYou will work closely with infrastructure, security, and engineering teams to maintain high availability systems, optimise cloud environments, and drive operational excellence through automation and AIOps practices.\nJob Responsibilities:\n(Monitoring & Incident Management)\nPerform 24x7 monitoring of systems and infrastructure to ensure high availability and minimal service disruption.\nProactively detect, investigate, and resolve incidents using observability tools (e.g., Dynatrace, Grafana, CloudWatch).\nAnalyse system performance and traffic patterns to identify anomalies and improve system visibility.\n(Cloud Infrastructure & Networking)\nDesign, deploy, and manage AWS cloud networking components, including VPC, subnets, Transit Gateway, Direct Connect, VPN, load balancers, and Global Accelerator.\nOptimise network performance, scalability, and security through best practices (e.g., security groups, NACLs, access control).\nDrive cost optimisation initiatives by analysing resource utilisation and recommending scalable solutions.\n(Automation & AIOps)\nImplement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform and CloudFormation to automate infrastructure provisioning.\nDevelop automation workflows for log management, incident remediation, and routine operational tasks.\nLeverage AIOps practices by aggregating multi-source data, applying machine learning techniques for event correlation, and reducing alert fatigue.\n(Security & Compliance)\nCollaborate with security teams to enforce cloud security policies and ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.\n(Documentation & Knowledge Sharing)\nCreate and maintain technical documentation, runbooks, and troubleshooting guides.\nPromote knowledge sharing across teams to improve operational efficiency and incident response readiness.\nJob Requirements:\nDiploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.\nMinimum 2-4 years of experience in cloud operations, network engineering, or infrastructure support roles.\nStrong hands-on experience with AWS cloud services, particularly networking (VPC, Transit Gateway, VPN, Route 53).\nSolid understanding of networking concepts, including TCP/IP, DNS, routing, and load balancing.\nExperience with monitoring and observability tools (e.g., Grafana, Prometheus, Dynatrace, CloudWatch).\nFamiliarity with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform and CloudFormation.\nExperience working in Agile or DevOps environments.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle incidents under pressure.\nGood communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.\nAdditional Good to Have:\nExperience with container networking (Kubernetes, AWS EKS, CNI plugins).\nExposure to Zero Trust architecture and SASE frameworks.\nExperience in implementing AIOps or event correlation using AI/ML techniques.\nAWS certifications (e.g., Solutions Architect,
