This is a high-impact position that influences audit strategy and control recommendations across the entire group.\nKey Responsibilities\nAudit Analytics & Data-Driven Procedures (40%)\nExtract, clean, and analyze data from multiple sources (ERP systems, databases, data warehouses) to support audit planning and fieldwork.\nDesign and execute statistical audit procedures including sampling, anomaly detection, and trend analysis to test control effectiveness.\nDevelop data-driven audit programs that identify high-risk transactions, unusual patterns, and control exceptions.\nPerform forensic-style analysis to investigate control failures and potential fraud indicators.\nData Visualization & Reporting (30%)\nCreate interactive dashboards and compelling visualizations to communicate audit findings to senior management and audit committees.\nBuild audit metrics dashboards for real-time monitoring of key control indicators and audit progress.\nTranslate complex data analyses into clear, business-focused narratives and executive presentations.\nMaintain detailed documentation of audit analytics methodologies to support audit trail requirements.\nAnalytics Automation & Process Improvement (20%)\nIdentify opportunities to automate routine audit procedures through analytics tools and scripts.\nDevelop repeatable audit templates and workflows to improve team efficiency and consistency.\nBuild audit data models and maintain reusable analytics frameworks across audit engagements.\nRecommend enhancements to audit scopes based on data patterns and emerging risks.\nStakeholder Collaboration & Support (10%)\nPartner with business unit leaders to understand data requirements, control environments, and audit scope.\nCollaborate with IT and Finance teams to ensure data access, accuracy, and system integration.\nMentor junior audit staff on data analytics techniques and best practices.\nPresent findings and recommendations to audit committee members and senior leadership.\nJob Requirements\nEducation & Credentials\nBachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Accounting, Finance, Computer Science, or related field.\nProfessional certifications preferred: CIA (Certified Internal Auditor), CPA, ACCA, or data analytics certifications (Tableau, Microsoft Certified Data Analyst).\nDemonstrated commitment to professional development in audit and analytics.\nExperience\nMid-Junior Level: 2-4 years of experience in data analysis, business analysis, internal audit, or financial reporting roles.\n Senior Level: 5+ years of progressive experience in audit analytics, internal audit, or enterprise data analytics with track record of designing analytics frameworks and leading audit projects.\nHands-on experience executing data-driven audit procedures; familiarity with audit standards (IIA, COSO, SOX) is valued.\nExposure to ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and accounting system architecture is an advantage.\nFraud investigation or forensic analysis experience is highly regarded.\nTechnical & Analytical Skills\nAdvanced SQL & Programming: Proficiency in SQL, Python, or R with ability to write complex queries and perform statistical analysis.\nData Visualization: Hands-on expertise in Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools;
