In this role, you will analyze large datasets using Python and Databricks, create compelling Power BI dashboards, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver accurate, impactful reporting. This is a hands-on role with direct influence on business performance.\nWhat You’ll Do\nAnalyze and interpret complex datasets to provide actionable insights for business stakeholders.\nBuild, maintain, and optimize Power BI reports and dashboards.\nLeverage Databricks and Spark-based workflows to process and transform large datasets.\nUse Python to automate data transformations, analysis, and reporting tasks.\nCollaborate with business and technical teams to translate requirements into clear, accurate analytics solutions.\nEnsure data quality, consistency, and reliability across all reporting layers.\nWhat We’re Looking For\nBachelor’s degree in computer science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.\nProven experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a similar analytics role.\nProficiency in Power BI for building and maintaining reports and interactive dashboards.\nHands-on experience with Databricks, Apache Spark, or other big data processing frameworks.\nStrong programming skills in Python for data analysis, automation, and data transformation.\nSolid understanding of data modeling, data warehousing, and ETL processes.\nStrong analytical thinking with the ability to interpret complex datasets and translate findings into actionable insights.\nGood communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and
