As part of the Global Marketing team, you will work closely with product and marketing teams to translate business requirements into compelling creative work, while leveraging AI-powered design tools to streamline workflows and increase design efficiency.\nKey Responsibilities\nVisual & UX/UI Design: Create high-quality visual designs for digital and print media, and design intuitive wireframes, user flows, and interfaces for digital products that balance aesthetics with usability\nCollaboration & Conceptualisation: Partner with product and marketing teams to translate project requirements into cohesive creative concepts, ensuring brand consistency across all touchpoints\nAI-Enhanced Design Workflow: Integrate AI-powered design tools and generative AI features into the creative process to streamline workflows, accelerate concept exploration, and increase design efficiency\nProject Delivery: Manage and deliver design assets from initial concept through to final production, meeting project deadlines while maintaining quality standards across concurrent projects\nDesign Systems & Standards: Maintain and apply consistent design principles, typography, layout standards, and information architecture across all outputs to ensure a cohesive visual and user experience\nWhat We're Looking For\nRelevant Bachelor's degree with 2-5 years of experience in graphic and UX/UI design from a creative agency\nHigh proficiency in Figma and standard professional creative suites, with a deep understanding of user-centred design principles, information architecture, typography, and layout\nPractical, hands-on experience using AI-assisted design tools and generative AI features to enhance productivity and design workflows - this is a core requirement, not a nice-to-have\nStrong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to translate business and product requirements into clear creative concepts and present design rationale to stakeholders\nExperience with video editing is a plus but not required\nApplicants should submit a portfolio demonstrating both graphic design and UX/UI work.
