define, track, and relentlessly pursue paid media KPIs\nRefine campaign structures, testing methodologies, and budget allocations strategically and creatively, thinking out of the box to achieve objectives\nIdentify performance dips and/or areas of concern, working with team members to diagnose issues and implement corrective actions\nAct as the internal force for team accountability, influencing and motivating team members to optimize strategies and tactics to meet and exceed targets\nMaintain a holistic view of the paid media ecosystem, ensuring strategies are cohesive, complimentary, and aligned with overall business goals\nStay up to date with digital and performance marketing trends and best practices\nQualifications & Requirements\nBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related fields\nStrong working experience in digital marketing, with proven track record managing and executing large-scale paid media campaigns\nDemonstrated success driving significant improvements in key paid media performance metrics\nDeep expertise in the paid media landscape, including knowledge of major platforms and region-specific platforms\nExceptional stakeholder management and communication skills\nSome proficiency in Chinese is advantageous to liaise with Chinese speaking
