This role works closely with Finance, IT, and business teams to deliver accurate insights, improve reporting efficiency, and enable data-driven decision-making.\nYou will play a key role in transforming financial data into meaningful insights, enhancing reporting processes, and supporting automation efforts to drive operational efficiency.\nKey Responsibilities:\nPerform financial data analysis, including variance analysis, trend analysis, and performance tracking to support business planning\nAssist in building and maintaining financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow analysis\nSupport the maintenance of financial data pipelines and datasets, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across systems\nDevelop and enhance automated reporting solutions using tools such as SQL, Python, or BI platforms to improve efficiency and reduce manual work\nCreate and maintain dashboards and reports (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) to provide actionable insights to stakeholders\nCollaborate with Finance, IT, and business teams to understand reporting requirements and ensure data availability and usability\nPerform data validation and reconciliation to ensure accuracy and reliability of financial reports and datasets\nSupport ad-hoc data analysis requests and provide insights for management decision-making\nPerform additional related assignments or projects as directed by superiors\nWhat We’re Looking For:\nEducation: Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or related field\nExperience: 3-5 years of experience in financial analysis, business intelligence, or data analytics roles\n Technical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Python)\nFamiliarity with BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau and data visualization best practices\nBasic understanding of financial concepts including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting\nExperience with ERP or financial systems is an added advantage\n Communication: Strong communication skills in English and Mandarin (both written and spoken)\nAttributes: Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, attention to
