We deliver end-to-end consulting services and provide robust middle- and back-office solutions that enable our clients to optimise operations, enhance efficiency, and stay ahead in a fast-evolving digital landscape.\nWith more than 2,000 professionals worldwide, Hytech has a strong and growing international presence, with offices across Australia, Singapore, Malaysia, Taiwan, the Philippines, Thailand, Morocco, Cyprus, Dubai, and beyond.\nAbout the Role\nThe Finance Project Management Intern will support the finance core team to coordinate end-to-end financial project execution, assist with cross-departmental alignment between finance, business, operation and tech teams, collect financial data, track project budget & cost control, and compile regular project financial reports to ensure finance-related projects deliver on schedule and within approved budget.\nKey Responsibilities\nAssist Finance PM to arrange weekly project meetings, draft meeting agendas, take detailed meeting minutes, follow up action items and track implementation progress across teams.\nCollect, sort and verify project-related financial data including budget consumption, expense reconciliation, capital expenditure records, update project cost tracking spreadsheets regularly.\nSupport monthly/quarterly financial project reporting: compile project financial dashboards, sort supporting vouchers, analyze budget vs actual variance under mentor’s guidance.\nCoordinate cross-functional communication: liaise with business and technology to collect required financial documents, resolve routine document submission delays.\nHelp organize project contract filing, classify finance archives, sort invoice and reimbursement paperwork in line with company finance compliance rules.\nAd-hoc finance and project administrative tasks assigned by Finance Project Manager.\nJob Requirements\nUndergraduate or postgraduate student majoring in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Project Management or related fields;
