We provide comprehensive consulting solutions, as well as middle- and back-office support, to empower our clients with streamlined operations and cutting-edge strategies.\nWith a global team of over 2,000 professionals, Hytech has established a strong presence worldwide, with offices in Australia, Singapore, Malaysia, Taiwan, Philippines, Thailand, Morocco, Cyprus, Dubai and more.\nKey Responsibilities\n1、Provide daily IT support for offices, including deployment, configuration, and procurement of IT and AV systems, hardware, software and infrastructure within the office.\n2、Troubleshoot and manage issues related to Windows and macOS operating systems, and assist users with common system and application problems.\n3、Maintain and manage company network devices, including routers, switches, and firewalls, ensuring stable network operations (including VPN).\n4、Configure and support office equipment such as CCTV systems, printers, door access and projectors.\n5、Work with the security team with office security，data backup and recovery to ensure data integrity and availability.\n6、Perform routine inspection and maintenance of IT equipment.\nsupport onboarding and IT training for new employees.\n7、Handle IT service tickets, follow up on user feedback, and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.\n8、Manage IT assets, tracking hardware and software usage across the organization.\n9、Oversee & project manage rollout of IT infrastructure upgrades.
