Based within the Strategic Office, this role ensures alignment between marketing activities and corporate priorities through effective project management, performance tracking, and stakeholder collaboration.\nKey Responsibilities\nCoordinate and monitor marketing initiatives to ensure alignment with the firm's business strategy and growth objectives.\nDevelop and track marketing plans, project timelines, budgets, and KPIs.\nMonitor campaign performance and prepare management reports, dashboards, and strategic insights.\nCollaborate with Marketing, Business Development, and Consulting teams to drive execution and accountability.\nIdentify opportunities to improve marketing effectiveness, operational efficiency, and return on investment.\nSupport strategic initiatives, market research, and business growth projects as required.\nWhat We’re Looking For\nBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.\n3-5 years of experience in marketing operations, PMO, project management, strategy, or a related role.\nExperience in financial services, consulting, or professional services is an advantage.\nStrong project management, analytical, and stakeholder coordination skills.\nProficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint;
