If you’re also skilled in Excel, reconciliation, and are highly responsible, you are welcome to join this core team that’s about to take off!\nJob Responsibilities:\nReview client withdrawal documents and verify the legitimacy of identity, transaction rationale, and fund flow.\nIdentify potential suspicious activities such as money laundering, fraud, arbitrage, etc., and perform EDD (Enhanced Due Diligence) when necessary.\nIndependently assess cases and provide handling recommendations based on the company’s risk control review procedures.\nOrganize withdrawal review data, assist with reconciliation, tracking, and issue analysis.\nPrepare case summaries or analysis reports and communicate with the team or supervisors.\nWork closely with front-end sales, customer service, and risk control teams to ensure rapid processing of risk-related cases.\nParticipate in a rotating shift system (morning/evening/night shifts) to ensure 24/7 uninterrupted review operations.\nRequirements / Qualifications:\nPrior involvement in payment processing, fund flow review, or risk control, with strong skills in identifying and judging high-risk scenarios.\nProficient in Excel, able to handle daily reconciliation, case tracking, and data analysis.\nFamiliar with PowerPoint, capable of assisting in preparing case analyses and reports for management.\nExperience working with sales, customer service, and risk control teams.\nMust be fluent in both spoken and written English.\nMore than 3 years of working experience in Contracts for Difference (CFD) or related industries\nIn-depth understanding of anti-money laundering laws and payment application\nExperience in customer document review and verification\nProficient in using related tools, such as LexisNexis, SumSub, Ethoca\nAbout Us:\nHytech is a leading management consulting firm specializing in driving digital transformation for businesses in the Fintech industry.
