It also maintains and optimizes the team's automation tools to ensure that various strategy validations run stably and continuously. This is the key technical executor who turns strategy into tangible results.\nKey Responsibilities\nQuantitative Implementation of Risk Control Strategies:\nDevelop the defensive logic and arbitrage characteristics produced by strategy analysts into self-running automated monitoring and quantitative alerting programs (e.g., custom indicators, monitoring scripts).\nRequirement Alignment and Validation:\nCollaborate with the strategy team to confirm requirements and verify that the program logic matches the strategy intent.\nStrategy Validation in Live Environments:\nConduct strategy validation in live environments, covering account creation, identity verification, trading, and fund flow processes.\nMaintenance and Optimization of the Automation Toolchain:\nMaintain the team's internal automated analysis tools and multi-account configuration infrastructure (e.g., IP management, environment isolation, antidetection setup).\nExecution Logging and Reporting:\nRecord the execution process and results, and produce complete execution reports. \nMinimum Qualifications\n3+ years of experience in trading, quantitative development, or systems development at online high-frequency trading firms, forex (FX/CFD), cryptocurrency exchanges, or FinTech companies\nProgramming and scripting skills (primarily Python, MQL4, MQL5)\nExperience writing crawlers and automation scripts\nUnderstands trading parameters and possesses parameter tuning ability\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience developing or operating high-concurrency systems\nFamiliarity with automated environment management and multi-account configuration (e.g., IP management, verification flow handling, environment isolation)\nExperience with automated testing \nPersonality \nStrong self-drive, able to independently take a task from start to finish\nStrong execution, prefers hands-on experimentation over staying at the analysis level\nDetail-oriented and rigorous, able to
