Proactively assess organizational health, identify key issues related to organization, talent, and culture, and provide impactful recommendations and solutions to business leaders.\nSupport business units in organizational design and optimization to enhance overall organizational effectiveness.\nLead workforce planning, conduct talent reviews for key positions, build talent pipelines, and drive high-potential talent development programs.\nAct as a bridge between the business team and the HR Center of Excellence to ensure the effective implementation of HR policies, systems, and processes.\nGuide business teams in setting clear and challenging goals, ensure effective execution of the performance management cycle, and design or optimize incentive programs based on the team’s business characteristics to motivate and energize the workforce.\nFocus on employee experience, proactively identify and resolve employee concerns, and foster positive employee relations.\nMonitor team dynamics and employee sentiment, establish effective communication channels, and strengthen team cohesion and sense of belonging through proactive employee engagement and cultural initiatives.\nProvide data analysis and HR reporting to support business decision-making.\nQualifications\nAt least 8 years of HR experience, including a minimum of 3 years of proven HRBP experience.
