digital transformation.\nAbout the Role\nWe are looking for a hands-on Senior Automation Engineer to design, develop, and maintain automation solutions\nacross Customer Service and Business Operations.\nThe ideal candidate should have strong UiPath development experience, Python and API integration skills, and an\nunderstanding of AI Agentic Automation.\nThis role requires end-to-end ownership of automation projects, with a strong focus on operational reliability, business\ncontinuity, and customer experience.\nKey Responsibilities\nWork with business stakeholders to understand requirements, identify automation opportunities, and design practical technical solutions.\nIndependently manage the full automation lifecycle, including solution design, development, testing, UAT, production deployment, and ongoing maintenance.\nDevelop and integrate automation workflows using UiPath, Python, REST APIs, and other suitable technologies.\nDesign reliable automation solutions with proper exception handling, monitoring, fallback mechanisms, and Business Continuity Plans (BCP).\nTroubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and continuously improve automation stability and performance.\nCollaborate with AI Engineers to enable AI-driven automation by integrating RPA workflows with AI Agents through APIs and Tool Calling.\nProactively improve operational efficiency, automation costs, and customer experience.\nRequirements\n3-5 years of hands-on experience in RPA or automation development.\nStrong practical experience with UiPath Studio and Orchestrator, including production deployment and support.\nProven ability to independently deliver end-to-end automation projects.\nWorking knowledge of Python, REST APIs, JSON, and SQL.\nExperience with exception handling, error recovery, monitoring, and business continuity planning.\nBasic understanding of AI Agents, LLMs, Tool Calling, and Agentic Automation.\nStrong problem-solving skills and ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.\nProficiency in Mandarin Chinese and English for collaboration with regional teams.\nGood to Have\nExperience with CRM, Zendesk, or customer service platforms.\nExperience in fintech, financial services, payments, or KYC operations.\nFamiliarity with UiPath REFramework, queue-based processing, or cloud services.\nExposure to
