We deliver end-to-end consulting services and provide robust middle- and back-office solutions that enable our clients to optimise operations, enhance efficiency, and stay ahead in a fast-evolving digital landscape.\nWith more than 2,000 professionals worldwide, Hytech has a strong and growing international presence, with offices across Australia, Singapore, Malaysia, Taiwan, the Philippines, Thailand, Morocco, Cyprus, Dubai, and beyond.\nAbout Role\nKey Responsibilities\nDrive backend development and iteration for high-throughput systems, independently owning the design, development, and deployment of core modules including transaction processing and real-time data feeds.\nBuild high-concurrency services using .NET 6/8, leveraging multi-threading, asynchronous programming, and locking mechanisms to ensure stable, low-latency performance in demanding production environments.\nDesign and implement system solutions for order-processing or workflow-orchestration platforms, from architecture to deployment, with ongoing performance tuning to eliminate bottlenecks.\nParticipate in architectural design and solution reviews, troubleshoot complex production incidents, and continuously enhance system high availability.\nWrite clean, maintainable code, participate in code reviews, produce technical documentation, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integration milestones.\nStay ahead of emerging technologies, support project delivery, and develop third-party integrations, plugins, or API interfaces as needed.\nRequirements\nBachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field, with 5+ years of C# backend development experience and proven ability to lead core module development independently.\nDeep expertise in C# multi-threading, asynchronous programming, and concurrency control, with a track record of resolving real-world high-concurrency challenges.\nPrior experience building latency-sensitive or high-throughput systems; experience with real-time data processing or workflow engines is highly preferred.\nProficient in .NET 6/8 and ASP.NET Core, with a solid understanding of garbage collection (GC), dependency injection (DI), middleware, and other low-level framework features.\nStrong working knowledge of Redis, Kafka, and MongoDB;
