Responsibilities:\nSocial Media Strategy & Campaign Management: Develop, execute, and manage social media campaigns across multiple platforms, including Meta, TikTok, X, and YouTube, aligned with the company's marketing and business objectives.\nContent Creation & Publishing: Leverage social media management tools to create, schedule, and deploy engaging multichannel content that drives audience engagement and brand awareness.\nCross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales and Marketing teams to develop integrated social media campaigns that support lead generation, customer engagement, and brand-building initiatives.\n Performance Tracking & Optimization: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate campaign effectiveness, generate insights, and optimize future social media strategies based on data-driven recommendations.\nTrend Monitoring & Innovation: Stay updated on emerging social media trends, platform updates, and industry best practices to ensure the company's content remains relevant, competitive, and engaging.\nCommunity Engagement & Brand Management: Monitor social media channels, engage with audiences when necessary, and maintain brand consistency across all digital communications.\nContent Writing & Copywriting: Create compelling social media posts, captions, and articles tailored to different platforms and target audiences.\nAdministrative Support: Undertake other ad-hoc assignments and projects as directed by the line manager.\nQualifications & Requirements:\nBachelor's Degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, or a related field.\nMinimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing, content strategy, or social media management.\nProven experience managing social media platforms and content workflows.\nHands-on experience with social media management tools, including Meta Business Suite, TikTok Business, YouTube Studio, Hootsuite, or similar platforms.\nStrong understanding of social media analytics, audience engagement, and performance measurement.\nExcellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a dynamic environment.\nCreative mindset with strong content creation, copywriting, and storytelling abilities.\nProficient in social media platforms including Meta, TikTok, X, and YouTube.\nStrong communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.\nSelf-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a
