熟练掌握至少一种常见的深度学习框架，如TensorFlow、PyTorch等，并具有实战项目经验；\n\n8. 具备英文专业文献阅读能力，主动跟踪前沿技术发展，深入理解算法原理，并进行落地实现；\n\n9. 对待工作积极主动，认真负责，具有良好的沟通表达能力，具备较强的团队合作意识。\n\n岗位要求\n\n 1. 负责公司领域内文本信息的处理，包括但不限于：实体识别与抽取、多分类问题、分类体系自构建等；\n\n2. 负责公司大模型的训练与优化，包括但不限于：模型训练、框架搭建、参数调优、Prompt工程优化等；\n\n3. 负责公司各类模型与大模型在公共安全领域业务场景下的应用落地；\n\n4. 参与研发基于 LLMs
