and supervise the local Testing & Commissioning (T&C) team.\n\nPlan and coordinate daily T&C activities according to the project schedule.\n\nAssign tasks and responsibilities to technicians and engineers.\n\nDealing with the suppliers (Defected products, spare parts, quality issue, etc.…)\n\nCoordinate with the Project Manager, Engineering, Quality, Maintenance, and other departments.\n\nCoordinate T&C activities with the client and subcontractors (coordinating witness test schedule, schedule the final inspection, etc.…)\n\nMonitor the progress of testing and commissioning activities and ensure deadlines are met.\n\nReview and follow up on test procedures, checklists, and test results.\n\n Ensure technical issues and faults are properly investigated and resolved.\n\nCoordinate troubleshooting, corrective actions, and re-testing when required.\n\nMonitor manpower, tools, equipment, and materials required for T&C activities.\n\nPrepare and review daily/weekly progress reports and technical documentation.\n\nEnsure that all activities comply with safety requirements, technical standards, and project procedures.\n\nIdentify potential delays or technical problems and take appropriate corrective action.\n\nLead coordination meetings and provide regular updates to management.\n\nRequirements\nBachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or any relevant field\n\nExperience in Testing & Commissioning, preferably in railway, metro, transportation, or industrial projects.\n\nPrevious experience in a supervisory or managerial position is preferred.\n\nGood knowledge of railway/train systems and commissioning procedures is an advantage.\n\nStrong leadership and team-management skills.\n\nExcellent planning and coordination skills.\n\nGood troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.\n\nAbility to manage multiple activities and priorities simultaneously.\n\nGood communication skills in English.\n\nAbility to work on-site and according to project requirements, including shift work when necessary.\n\nProficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Word.\n\nAbility to prepare professional reports and communicate effectively with both technical teams and
