Buyers launch GPU workloads and inference deployments. Provider nodes run those workloads through a Go control plane and a Linux-based Rust agent.\n\nWe are hiring a senior Site Reliability Engineer to own production reliability as we move from validated paid-path drills to operating a real production fleet.\n\nYou will work directly with the CTO and will have broad ownership of production operations, deployment safety, observability, and incident response.\n\nWhat you will own:\n- Production deployments, rollback plans, and safe database migrations.\n- Monitoring, alerting, dashboards, and operational runbooks.\n- Incident response, post-incident analysis, and permanent reliability improvements.\n- Infrastructure as code, secrets management, access controls, backups, and recovery drills.\n- Reliability of the backend, workers, gateway, databases, and provider-node fleet.\n- Fleet installation and validation for GPU providers.\n- Capacity, availability, and cost visibility for production infrastructure.\n- Engineering automation that removes recurring operational work.\n\nOur stack\n- Go backend services.\n- Rust agent running on Linux GPU hosts.\n- PostgreSQL, Redis, NATS and JetStream.\n- Kubernetes, containers, gVisor, Prometheus, Grafana, and Alertmanager.\n- Terraform and Ansible.\n- GCP and bare-metal GPU infrastructure.\n\nWhat we need\n- 6+ years operating production infrastructure or distributed systems.\n- Strong Linux and networking troubleshooting skills.\n- Production Kubernetes experience.\n- Experience with Terraform or another infrastructure-as-code system.\n\n- Experience with Prometheus, Grafana, logs, alerting, and incident response.\n- Experience operating PostgreSQL, Redis, queues, or other stateful production systems.\n- Strong scripting or programming ability in Go, Python, or Bash.\n- A track record of building reliable systems, not only responding to tickets.\n- Clear written communication and comfort owning an incident from detection through prevention.\n\nNice to have\n- GCP or another major cloud platform.\n- Bare-metal, GPU, NVIDIA, or high-performance-compute operations.\n\n- mTLS, secrets management, security hardening, or compliance work.\n\n- Experience with Rust services or agents.\n- Experience supporting a paid, multi-tenant product.\n\nThis is a hands-on senior role.
