Qualifications and Skills\nMaster's degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, electrical and communication Engineering or closely related field.\nHaving proven management related degree/certificate is advantageous\nRequired Work Experience\nMinimum 8 years of relevant professional experience, including at least 5 years in a managerial or leadership position.\nRequired Managerial Skills\nStrategic planning, organizational leadership, and business development.\nProject portfolio management, budgeting, financial oversight, and resource allocation.\nTeam leadership, performance management, and talent development.\nClient relationship management, contract negotiation, and strategic partnership development.\nStrong decision-making, communication, problem-solving, and risk management skills.\nRequired Technical Skills\nUnderstanding of software architecture, system design, and software development lifecycle.\nProven knowledge of AI-enabled software development, Big Data, Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, and database technologies.\nExperience with enterprise systems, system integration, cloud technologies, and digital transformation.\nAbility to oversee technical teams, review system designs, and ensure software quality, security, and scalability.\nExperience managing complex IT projects and technology solutions.\nAdditional value adding Skills\nDemonstrated combination of technical expertise and managerial competence.\nStrong leadership, integrity, accountability, and results-oriented thinking.\nExcellent communication, analytical,
