You will be responsible for promoting the value of our services, managing territory-specific sales plans, and delivering exceptional customer service. Additionally, you will feed valuable market intelligence back to the business to inform future strategies and ensure the highest levels of client satisfaction.\nWhat You’ll Do\nDrive Sales Growth: Build referrer relationships to achieve regional revenue and procedure targets through targeted outreach and exceptional service. \nDevelop Sales Strategies: Collaborate with the Sales & Marketing Manager to implement and regularly review territory plans, capitalising on opportunities and addressing competition. \nBuild Customer Relationships: Maintain strong partnerships with referrers, allied health professionals, and key stakeholders to grow referrals and represent I-MED Network. \nEnhance Communication: Facilitate effective communication between referrers, Radiologists, and clinic teams to improve service delivery and customer engagement. \nManage Territory Performance: Use Salesforce to measure referrer activity, monitor sales and procedure performance, and identify growth opportunities. \nMonitor Clinics and Competitors: Maintain knowledge of clinic services, pricing, and competitor activity to inform sales and marketing strategies. \nCollaborate Across Teams: Work with clinic leaders, Regional Managers, and Account Managers to support teamwork and high-quality service delivery. \nCommit to Professional Development: Stay up to date with industry trends and continuously develop sales and healthcare service skills. \nKey requirements:\nAt least 2 years of proven success in a sales role, ideally within healthcare \nAbility to quickly learn technical information \nExcellent communication and relationship-building skills \nResilience and adaptability, with the ability to overcome challenges, manage setbacks, and remain motivated in a target-driven environment \nExperience using sales information management software (Salesforce desirable) \nProficiency in Microsoft Office applications \nAvailability to work occasional weekends and after-hours, with travel to Brisbane approximately three times per year. \nCurrent Australian Driver’s Licence and reliable vehicle \nWhy Join Us:\nBe part of a leading healthcare organisation with a commitment to innovation and quality patient care. \nEnjoy a supportive and collaborative work environment that values teamwork and professional growth. \nCompetitive salary and benefits package. \nOpportunities for career advancement and professional development. \nAbout I-MED Radiology Network\nAt I-MED, we're more than just a medical imaging provider - we're a community of passionate professionals committed to excellence for our patients.
