This is a casual opportunity, offering 8.5 hours shifts based on business requirements. The contact centre operates Monday to Friday, with shifts scheduled between 8:00am - 5:00pm or 8:30 - 5:30pm.\nAs a Contact Centre Agent, you’ll play an important role in creating a positive patient experience.
