across Hamilton region promptly and handling inquiries professionally.\n· Provide empathetic support and guidance during phone interactions.\n· Collaborate with other contact centre agents to meet service level targets.\n· Building relationships with the technical and clerical teams, patients, and referrers.\nWhat we’re looking for:\nStrong communication skills, both verbal and written.\nA knack for organisation and managing appointments with ease.\nComfort with using multiple systems and technology.\nAbility to relate to and communicate with a wide range of patients, drawing on your life experience to provide empathetic and understanding support.\nExperience in a contact centre environment is preferred but not essential as full training will be provided to help you succeed,
