While your primary focus will be on architecting solutions in AWS, you’ll also roll up your sleeves and assist the team with building and delivering these solutions.\nOur core technology stack includes AWS, Java, Python, and PostgreSQL, with opportunities to work across other platforms and solutions within the business. You’ll join an established team where your expertise will influence technical direction and ensure robust, scalable, and secure architectures.\nYou’ll bring a positive, collaborative, and forward-thinking mindset, with a passion for delivering high-quality solutions and supporting both internal and external stakeholders.\nKey Accountabilities:\nDesign and document AWS-based solution architectures aligned with business requirements and best practices. \nCollaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical designs. \nAssist in hands-on development, testing, and deployment of software solutions. \nParticipate in code reviews, agile ceremonies, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. \nProvide technical leadership, mentor team members, and guide best practices in cloud architecture and development. \nIdentify opportunities for automation, scalability, and performance improvements across the solution landscape.\nProven experience as a Solution Architect with strong AWS expertise (including services such as Lambda, API Gateway, ECS/EKS, RDS, S3, IAM). \nSolid development experience with Java and/or Python and related frameworks. \nFamiliarity with front-end frameworks (e.g., React) is advantageous. \nStrong understanding of RESTful API design and integration. \nCompetent with PostgreSQL and relational database design. \nExperience with modern architectures: microservices, serverless, containerization. \nAbility to balance high-level design with hands-on implementation. \nExcellent problem-solving and analytical skills. \nStrong communication skills, both written and verbal. \nAWS Certification or related IT architecture certification desirable.\nKnowledge of healthcare IT standards (HL7, DICOM) is beneficial. \nExposure to AI/ML solution implementation is a plus.\nSupportive and professional working environment in our brand-new head office(s)\nOpportunity to work within a large-scaled and advanced technology environment \nCommitment to your health and well-being with access to our employee assistance program.
