To strengthen its local IT function and support further business development, the company is looking for an experienced and business-oriented\nSENIOR IT MANAGERYour Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement the local IT strategy in alignment with business objectives and global IT standards.\nLead and develop the local IT team, fostering collaboration, accountability, and a service-oriented culture.\nOversee IT infrastructure, cloud services, business applications, and external IT service providers, ensuring reliable and efficient operations.\nLead and coordinate ERP implementation and development projects, including system integration, data migration, testing, deployment, and ongoing support.\nStrengthen cybersecurity, information security, IT governance, internal controls, and risk management practices.\nEnsure effective backup and recovery, disaster recovery, business continuity, and IT service management processes.\nDrive digital transformation, process automation, system integration, and data governance initiatives.\nManage IT budgets, technology investments, vendors, contracts, and strategic IT projects.\nCollaborate closely with Global IT and business stakeholders to implement corporate standards while addressing local operational and regulatory requirements.\nIdentify opportunities to improve IT efficiency, service quality, cost-effectiveness, and overall business performance.\nWhat We Expect from YouBachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.\nAt least 8 years of relevant IT experience, including 3–5 years in an IT leadership or management role.\nProven experience in IT strategy, governance, risk management, internal controls, and IT service delivery.\nPractical experience in implementing and managing ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics 365, or IFS.\nStrong knowledge of cybersecurity, information security, identity and access management, and IT risk management.\nExperience managing IT infrastructure, cloud services, backup and recovery, disaster recovery, and business continuity.\nDemonstrated ability to lead IT teams, manage budgets and vendors, and deliver complex IT projects.\nStrong analytical, leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.\nStrategic thinking, a business-oriented mindset, and the ability to balance operational and long-term priorities.\nFluent written and spoken English for effective communication with international partners and working with technical documentation..\nThe following will be considered an advantageExperience in a publicly listed or SOX-regulated organization, including IT general controls (ITGCs) and audit readiness.\nExperience with ISO/IEC 27001 implementation, information security management systems (ISMS), or certification readiness.\nProfessional certifications in IT service management, information security, project management, or cloud technologies.\nLatvian language proficiency.\nWhat the Company OffersGross monthly salary of EUR 5500 -
