This role is looking for candidates who bring that discipline.\n\nThe ideal candidate will have experience using modern AI development tools such as Claude, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Windsurf, or similar platforms to rapidly develop, maintain, and enhance enterprise-grade applications. Exposure to Pharmaceutical, Life Sciences, Clinical Research, or Healthcare domains will be considered a significant advantage.\n\nResponsibilities: \nDesign, develop, test, and deploy enterprise-grade full-stack applications using modern development frameworks and cloud technologies.\nUtilise AI-assisted development methodologies to improve productivity, code quality, and delivery timelines.\nLeverage AI tools for: Requirement analysis and technical solution design.\nArchitecture and component design recommendations.\nCode generation and refactoring.\nUnit test and integration test generation.\nAutomated documentation creation and maintenance.\nCode review, debugging, and optimisation.\nCI/CD pipeline automation and deployment support.\nBuild scalable front-end applications using React, Angular, or similar frameworks.\nDevelop secure and performant backend services, APIs, and microservices.\nIntegrate enterprise applications with AI services, LLM APIs, workflow automation platforms, and intelligent assistants.\nEngage directly with clients and business stakeholders to understand real-world scenarios and requirements, and translate those conversations into sound problem-solving approaches and technical designs.\nCollaborate with business stakeholders and domain experts to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.\nApply prompt engineering techniques and AI workflow orchestration to maximise the effectiveness of AI-assisted development.\nEnsure AI-generated code adheres to enterprise coding standards, security requirements, architectural guidelines, and regulatory compliance standards.\nContribute to the development of AI-enabled products, intelligent workflows, automation solutions, and digital transformation initiatives.\nStay updated on emerging AI engineering practices, agentic development workflows, and next-generation software development methodologies.\n\nRequirements: \n3-5 years of experience in full-stack development.\nStrong expertise in: React.js / Angular, JavaScript / TypeScript, HTML5 / CSS3, Python, Node.js, . NET, or Java, REST APIs and Microservices Architecture\nExperience working with SQL and NoSQL databases.\nStrong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and scalable application development.\nStrong grasp of core programming logic and problem-solving fundamentals, able to reason through a problem independently of AI tools, and confidently judge whether an AI-suggested solution is correct, well-structured, and efficient, or needs to be reworked.\nHands-on experience with AI-assisted software development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude, Cursor, ChatGPT, Windsurf, and similar AI coding assistants\n\nExperience using AI for: \nCode generation\nTest automation\nDocumentation generation\nCode review and optimization\nDebugging and troubleshooting\nDevelopment workflow automation\nUnderstanding of Generative AI concepts, LLMs, Prompt Engineering, AI Agents, MCP (Model Context Protocol), RAG architectures, and AI integrations.\nExperience integrating AI APIs and intelligent automation capabilities into enterprise applications.\nFamiliarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.\nExposure to cloud data platforms such as Snowflake and Databricks is desirable.\nExperience with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices.\nUnderstanding of secure AI adoption, governance, and responsible AI development practices.\nExperience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.\nPrior experience interacting directly with clients, e. g., participating in client calls, working
