Full Stack Developer

We're looking for a full-stack developer who can own features end-to-end. You'll work across a Java/Spring Boot backend and a React + TypeScript frontend, building tools that help brands manage product data, monitor pricing, and enforce compliance across major e-commerce marketplaces (Amazon, Walmart, and others). This is a product engineering role on a small, high-ownership team; you'll be involved from requirements discussion through deployment, not just implementation of a spec handed to you.

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain backend microservices and REST APIs.
• Develop data-heavy frontend screens, grids, dashboards, and charts.
• Write complex SQL across PostgreSQL and Google BigQuery.
• Work with GCP services and third-party marketplace integrations.
• Design and evolve data models for large-scale product catalogue and pricing data.
• Collaborate with product and operations teams to translate messy real-world retail data problems into reliable software.
• Participate in code reviews and architecture discussions for the services you own.

Requirements:

• Experience with e-commerce, retail, or marketplace platforms.
• Exposure to data pipeline tools (Airflow, dbt, or similar).
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with observability tooling (Grafana, Prometheus).

Soft Skills:

• Ownership mentality, comfortable being the one responsible for a feature from design to production.
• Clear written communication, especially around technical trade-offs.
• Curiosity about the business problem, not just the ticket.
• Ability to work with ambiguous or incomplete requirements and ask clarifying questions early.

Backend:

• Java 21 and Spring Boot: solid production experience.
• PostgreSQL: complex queries, stored procedures, indexing and query performance tuning.
• Google BigQuery and GCP querying at scale, cloud-native services (Cloud SQL, Cloud Scheduler, Cloud Run/GKE, Pub/Sub).
• REST API design: clean, maintainable, well-structured, versioned.
• JWT / OAuth2 auth integration experience (Keycloak or similar).
• Familiarity with message queues / event-driven patterns (Pub/Sub, Kafka, or similar) is a plus.

Frontend:

• React 18 + TypeScript: strong component design and hooks.
• ag-Grid experience with large data tables is a must.
• TanStack Query: server state, caching, background refetching.
• TailwindCSS: utility-first styling.
• React Hook Form + Zod: form management and schema validation.
• Axios: API calls, interceptors, error handling.
• Experience with charting libraries (Recharts, Chart.js, or similar) for dashboards.
• Understanding of accessibility and responsive design basics.
