This position requires an individual who understands the pace and precision of federal contracting - someone who can navigate complex requirements, source cleared and niche talent and build trusted partnerships with both candidates and hiring managers across multiple programs. You’ll help shape our talent strategy while ensuring each candidate interaction reflects the integrity, innovation, and commitment that defines I2X.\nThis position requires regular in-person engagement by working on-site a minimum of 3 days per week in-office. Only individuals able to work at the Littleton office will be considered. This is not a fully remote position.\nAll members of the Talent Acquisition Team operate on a salary + commission compensation structure with additional bonus potential.\nWhat You’ll Do\nPartner closely with internal hiring managers to understand technical hiring needs and Program requirements.\nManage candidates through the full recruiting lifecycle - including candidate sourcing, pre-screening, offer creation, and salary negotiation.\nSource and engage active and passive candidates through platforms such as ClearanceJobs, LinkedIn, and our ATS - iCIMS.\nDevelop and implement effective sourcing and outreach strategies to attract top talent for strategic positions.\nEnsure a smooth, transparent, and positive candidate experience throughout the process.\nDocument candidate interactions accurately to maintain data integrity and pipeline visibility.\nBuild and maintain strong networks of cleared and technical professionals to support current and future federal programs.\nDeliver exceptional service that reflects I2X’s reputation for excellence and reliability in the federal space.\nQualifications\nA Bachelor's Degree and 3+ years of experience in recruiting that required heavy sourcing.\nAn Associate's Degree with 5+ year's of recruiting or sourcing experience may be substituted.\nStrong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build trust with stakeholders.\nExperience building and maintaining a network of potential candidates through market research and ongoing relationship management.\nAbility to work in a fast-paced environment with a sense of urgency to fill job positions with qualified candidates.\nDetail-oriented nature with the ability to follow established hiring processes. \n\nDesired Experience and Skills\nRecruiting experience within the aerospace/defense industry.\nExperience utilizing an applicant tracking system likeiCIMS or similar applicant tracking systems.\nExperience with sourcing tools, such as LinkedIn Recruiter or ClearanceJobs.\nExperience with emerging talent hiring and outreach.\nEssential Requirements:\nUS Citizenship is required.\nIn compliance with Colorado’s Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the annual base salary range for this position is listed .
