We are seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud Procure-to-Pay (P2P) Consultant who will lead the design, configuration, testing, deployment, and adoption of Oracle Fusion Cloud procurement and payables capabilities in a complex federal financial environment. Be ready to show us how AI has made your work faster and better.\nWhat You Will Do\nConfigure and support Oracle Fusion Cloud P2P functionality.\nSupport Procurement, Purchasing, Self Service Procurement, Supplier Management, Payables, Payments, and related functionality.\nLead requirements and fit-gap workshops with financial and procurement stakeholders.\nTranslate business requirements into Oracle Cloud configurations and functional designs.\nConfigure approval rules, purchasing controls, supplier processes, invoice processing, matching, and payment functionality.\nSupport integration of P2P processes with GL, Fixed Assets, Projects, Budgetary Control, and external systems.\nDevelop functional specifications for integrations, conversions, reports, and extensions.\nSupport data conversion and validation.\nDevelop and execute SIT/UAT scenarios and resolve functional defects.\nSupport deployment, cutover, training, and post-production stabilization.\nDocument configurations, business processes, SOPs, and controls.\nUse AI tools to accelerate analysis, documentation, and testing, and mentor junior team members in doing the same.\nRequired Qualifications\n5 years of Oracle ERP Financials/Procurement experience.\nStrong hands-on Oracle Fusion Cloud Procurement and/or Payables experience.\nExperience with end-to-end P2P processes.\nKnowledge of Oracle approval workflows/BPM.\nExperience with FBDI, OTBI/BIP, interfaces, and conversions from a functional perspective.\nStrong testing and troubleshooting experience.\nDemonstrated use of AI tools to accelerate analysis, documentation, testing, or problem solving.\nPreferred Experience\nFederal financial management experience.\nKnowledge of FIBF, USSGL, or federal reporting requirements.\nExperience with shared services or federal ERP modernization.\nWhat You'll Gain\nA leading role on a decade-long federal modernization program.\nThe chance to shape P2P design for a major federal agency from the start.\nLong-term stability with growing scope, responsibility, and leadership opportunity.\nExperience leading AI-enabled delivery on a high-profile federal program.\nWhat Success Looks Like\nP2P configurations and functional designs are delivered on schedule with minimal rework.\nFit-gap workshops produce clear, approved requirements.\nSIT/UAT defects are resolved quickly and deployment goes smoothly.\nYou use AI to deliver faster and help junior team members do the same.\nSecurity & Eligibility Requirements\nAbility to obtain and maintain Public Trust eligibility (background investigation required)\nMust be a U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident with at least 3 of the last 5 years of U.S. residency.
