Strong preference for candidates with experience supporting P2P integrations and G-Invoicing data flows. \nWork Schedule: Hybrid (onsite Tuesdays & Thursdays in Gaithersburg, MD) \nKey Responsibilities\nOperations & Maintenance (O&M) Support \nSupport Oracle EBS applications in a production environment \nMonitor system performance and ensure system stability \nManage incident, problem, and change requests in line with SLAs \nOracle EBS P2P (Procure-to-Pay) \nSupport Purchasing, Accounts Payable, and iProcurement modules \nResolve transactional issues across the P2P lifecycle \nPartner with business users to address functional issues \nIntegrations (PRISM & Third-Party Systems) \nMonitor and troubleshoot interfaces with external systems (e.g., PRISM) \nAnalyze data flow issues, interface failures, and reconciliation gaps \nCoordinate with technical teams to resolve integration defects \nG-Invoicing \nSupport G-Invoicing processes and related integrations \nTroubleshoot invoice processing, data mismatches, and interface issues \nEnsure compliance with federal G-Invoicing requirements \nTroubleshooting and Techno-Functional Support \nAnalyze and resolve data issues within Oracle EBS using SQL/PL-SQL \nTroubleshoot interface failures, stuck transactions, and data discrepancies \nPerform root cause analysis for complex production issues \nResolve high-priority incidents in a timely manner \nReview logs, interface tables, and system diagnostics \nAct as a liaison between functional users and technical teams \nIdentify recurring issues and recommend improvements \nRequired Qualifications\nStrong SQL/PL-SQL skills for troubleshooting and data analysis \nHands-on experience supporting Oracle EBS in a production/O&M environment \nProven ability to troubleshoot and resolve end-to-end system issues \nDeep knowledge of P2P modules (Purchasing, AP, iProcurement) \nExperience supporting integrations between Oracle EBS and external systems \nExperience with PRISM or other federal financial systems \nKnowledge of G-Invoicing processes and compliance \nExperience working in federal/government environments (required) \nFamiliarity with Oracle workflows, interfaces, and APIs \nSecurity & Eligibility Requirements\nAbility to obtain and maintain a federal Public Trust (suitability) clearance\nMust be able to pass a federal background investigation\nU.S. Citizenship or Permanent Residency required (no visa sponsorship available)\nBenefits\nHolidays - Eleven \nRetirement Plan (401k) Matching\nShort-Term & Long-Term Disability\nLife Insurance (Basic, Voluntary & AD&D)\nHealth Care Plan (Medical, Dental & Vision)Paid Time Off (0-3 years - 15 Days PTO | 3+ years 20 Days)\nSalary - $139,000 - $149,000 (commensurate with experience)\nEqual Opportunity Employer Minority/Female/Veteran/Disability\nWe are an equal opportunity employer, including disability and protected veteran status.\nOnly direct applicants will be considered.
