This is a one-of-a-kind, 10-year financial management transformation, replacing legacy systems with a modern cloud platform used across the agency.\nYou'll build the planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analytics capabilities the agency uses to plan its spending and track performance. We want developers who already use AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot, or similar) to learn new platforms quickly, write and debug business rules and Groovy scripts, build data mappings, and document their work. Be ready to show us how you've used AI to close a knowledge gap and get real results.\nWhat You Will Do\nDesign and configure Oracle EPM Cloud/EPBCS Planning applications.\nConfigure dimensions, metadata, forms, and business rules.\nDevelop Calculation Manager rules.\nDevelop Groovy rules where appropriate.\nConfigure Smart View.\nBuild data integrations between EPM and source financial systems.\nSupport budgeting, forecasting, and scenario analysis processes.\nDevelop reports and dashboards.\nPerform performance optimization.\nSupport testing, migration, and production deployment.\nRequired Qualifications\n2 years of Oracle Hyperion/EPM experience.\nHands-on EPBCS or Oracle EPM Planning experience.\nKnowledge of or hands-on experience with Essbase and Calculation Manager.\nExperience with Smart View.\nKnowledge of or hands-on experience with Data Integration/Data Management and EPM Automate.\nWorking knowledge of REST APIs.\nDemonstrated use of AI tools to learn new technologies and accelerate delivery.\nPreferred Experience\nGroovy scripting experience.\nAny exposure to federal budgeting or federal financial systems.\nOracle EPM certification, or progress toward it.\nWhat You'll Gain\nHands-on experience on a decade-long federal modernization program.\nMentorship from senior Oracle EPM and federal financial management specialists.\nA career path that grows with the program: more scope, more responsibility, more expertise each year.\nIn-demand skills in Oracle EPM Cloud and AI-enabled delivery.\nWhat Success Looks Like\nPlanning applications, rules, and integrations are built and documented on schedule with minimal rework.\nBudgeting and forecasting processes run accurately and perform well.\nYou ramp up fast on EPM Cloud, using AI to accelerate learning, and take on more scope over time.\nSecurity & Eligibility Requirements\nS.
