We want developers who already use AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot, or similar) to learn new platforms quickly, write and optimize SQL, build data models and templates, troubleshoot report issues, and document their work. Be ready to show us how you've used AI to close a knowledge gap and get real results.\nWhat You Will Do\nDesign and develop Oracle BI Publisher (BIP) reports.\nDevelop OTBI analyses and dashboards.\nCreate BIP data models and report templates.\nDevelop RTF and Excel-based report layouts.\nConfigure bursting and scheduled reporting.\nDevelop financial and operational extracts.\nWork with functional SMEs to turn reporting requirements into solutions.\nValidate report totals against source financial transactions.\nTroubleshoot reporting and data issues.\nOptimize report performance.\nSupport testing and deployment.\nRequired Qualifications\n2 years of Oracle reporting experience.\nBachelor's degree.\nHands-on Oracle Fusion Cloud reporting experience.\nExperience with BI Publisher and OTBI.\nWorking knowledge of SQL and data models.\nKnowledge of or hands-on experience with RTF templates and bursting.\nKnowledge of or exposure to Oracle Financials reporting.\nDemonstrated use of AI tools to learn new technologies and accelerate delivery.\nPreferred Experience\nKnowledge of or hands-on experience with Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC) or Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI).\nFederal financial reporting experience.\nWhat You'll Gain\nHands-on experience on a decade-long federal modernization program.\nMentorship from senior Oracle reporting and federal financial management specialists.\nA career path that grows with the program: more scope, more responsibility, more expertise each year.\nIn-demand skills in Oracle Fusion reporting and AI-enabled delivery.\nWhat Success Looks Like\nReports and extracts are built, tested, and documented on schedule with minimal rework.\nReport totals tie to source transactions and users trust the numbers.\nReports run fast and on schedule.\nYou ramp up fast on Fusion reporting, using AI to accelerate learning, and take on more scope over time.\nSecurity & Eligibility Requirements\nS.
