We are hiring an Oracle Security Consultant to help a major federal agency modernize how it manages money. This is a one-of-a-kind, 10-year financial management transformation, replacing legacy systems with a modern cloud platform used across the agency.\nYou'll lead the security architecture for the agency's Oracle Fusion Cloud solution: role-based access, segregation of duties, identity integrations, and the controls that support obtaining and maintaining the solution's Authority to Operate (ATO). This is the senior security role on the team, with the chance to shape how a major agency protects its financial system for years.\nWhy AI Matters Here\nAI is central to how this team delivers, at every level. We want security consultants who use AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot, or similar) to analyze role and access designs, draft security matrices and ATO documentation, map controls to NIST requirements, review SoD conflicts, and research Oracle security features. Senior team members also help early-career colleagues use AI well, including how to use it safely with sensitive information. Be ready to show us how AI has made your work faster and better.\nWhat You Will Do\nDesign the Oracle Fusion Cloud security architecture.\nDefine the enterprise role-based access control (RBAC) strategy.\nDesign job, duty, and data roles.\nDevelop security matrices and access-control models.\nDesign Segregation of Duties (SoD) controls.\nSupport identity and access management (IAM) integrations.\nDefine security requirements for Fusion, OIC, and PaaS components.\nSupport security assessments and audit requirements.\nSupport ATO documentation and remediation activities.\nCoordinate with cybersecurity, functional, and technical teams.\nEnsure security controls stay effective through releases and configuration changes.\nUse AI tools to accelerate analysis and documentation, and mentor junior team members in using AI safely and well.\nRequired Qualifications\n3 years of Oracle application security experience.\nStrong hands-on Oracle Fusion Cloud security experience.\nExperience with RBAC and SoD design.\nKnowledge of IAM and security integration.\nExperience designing enterprise Oracle security models.\nStrong audit and controls background.\nDemonstrated use of AI tools to accelerate analysis, documentation, or problem solving.\nPreferred Experience\nKnowledge of FISMA, NIST 800-53, or FedRAMP.\nExperience supporting an ATO.\nFederal financial system experience.\nWhat You'll Gain\nThe senior security role on a decade-long federal modernization program.\nOwnership of the security architecture for a major federal agency's financial system.\nLong-term stability with growing scope, responsibility, and leadership opportunity.\nExperience leading AI-enabled security delivery on a high-profile federal program.\nWhat Success Looks Like\nThe security architecture, role design, and SoD controls are approved and delivered on schedule.\nAudit findings and ATO requirements are addressed quickly and completely.\nSecurity controls hold up through releases and configuration changes.\nYou use AI to deliver faster and help junior team members use it safely and well.\nSecurity & Eligibility Requirements\nS.
