We are hiring two Oracle Test Execution Analysts to help a major federal agency modernize how it manages money. This is a one-of-a-kind, 10-year financial management transformation, replacing legacy systems with a modern cloud platform used across the agency.\nYou'll test the agency's new Oracle Fusion Cloud financial system to make sure it works before people rely on it. Testing is a major part of every phase of this program. We want analysts who already use AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot, or similar) to learn financial processes and Oracle functionality quickly, build positive and negative test scenarios, analyze defects, and document test results. Be ready to show us how you've used AI to close a knowledge gap and get real results.\nWhat You Will Do\nExecute Oracle Fusion Cloud test scripts.\nPerform functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing.\nValidate P2P, R2R/A2R, O2C, and related financial processes.\nExecute positive and negative test scenarios.\nValidate interfaces and data exchanges.\nDocument test evidence and results.\nLog and track defects.\nRetest resolved defects.\nSupport SIT and UAT cycles.\nCoordinate with functional, development, and integration teams.\nSupport deployment readiness testing.\nRequired Qualifications\n2 years of ERP testing experience.\nUnderstanding of financial business processes.\nExperience with SIT, UAT, and regression testing.\nExperience with defect management.\nExperience with Jira, ALM, qTest, Azure DevOps, or similar test management tools.\nDemonstrated use of AI tools to learn new systems and accelerate delivery.\nPreferred Experience\nOracle Fusion Cloud testing experience strongly preferred.\nWhat You'll Gain\nHands-on experience on a decade-long federal modernization program.\nMentorship from senior Oracle testing and federal financial management specialists.\nA career path that grows with the program: more scope, more responsibility, more expertise each year.\nIn-demand skills in ERP testing, financial processes, and AI-enabled delivery.\nWhat Success Looks Like\nTest scripts are executed on schedule with clear, complete evidence.\nDefects are logged accurately, tracked, and retested promptly.\nSIT and UAT cycles finish on time with no surprises at deployment.\nYou ramp up fast on Oracle Fusion and financial processes, using AI to accelerate learning, and take on more scope over time.\nSecurity & Eligibility Requirements\nS.
