Analyst - assess client practices and gain understanding of clients’ business processes relevant to industry trends and project goals.\n\nTransmitting demands of the user to the developer, preparing software requirements and specifications, user stories, design documents such as wireframes and flowcharts for development to apply in producing the product.\n\nTesting system functionality in QC, UAT.\n\nBrainstorm requirements a software solution needs and participate in requirements gathering.\n\nDesign new programs by analyzing clients’ requirements.\n\nMake recommendations and improve system by studying the products.\n\nDocument processes and prepare user stories by analyzing and summarizing the information.\n\nWork on more than one project at a time and reevaluate their priorities and deadlines.\n\nUtilize Agile methodologies – particularly Scrum – to manage project delivery.\n\nCreate and maintain user stories, defects, project documentation in Jira.\n\nWork closely with Product Owner and Engineering Manager to ensure project milestones are met.\n\nMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE):\nAssociate’s degree or equivalent work experience\n\nMust have excellent documentation skills\n\nMust have analytical and conceptual skills\n\nMust have strong verbal and written communication skills\n\nAbility to prioritize workload and manage multiple responsibilities effectively\n\nPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE):\n\n2+ years related experience\n\nTechnical writing experience\n\nCertified Product Owner (CPO)or PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) is a plus\n\nExperience with Jira\n\nKnowledge of Land and Property Recording at the county/parish or state level is a plus\n\nNot currently recruiting from
