Your main responsibilities will include:\nLeading the scoping of strategic initiatives by defining objectives, scope, expected outcomes, dependencies, and success criteria.\nDeveloping recommendations, roadmaps, decision-making materials, and delivery plans required to advance projects.\nDefining expected benefits and success metrics to ensure rigorous tracking of value delivered.\nPlanning and managing the full project lifecycle while effectively coordinating internal teams and external partners.\nEstablishing effective governance, facilitating decision-making forums, and supporting required prioritization and trade-off decisions.\nEngaging business, technology, and finance stakeholders through influential leadership.\nManaging scope, costs, schedules, risks, quality, and dependencies to achieve targeted outcomes.\nSupporting change adoption, continuous improvement, and benefits realization while ensuring alignment with GPMO standards.\nWhat Could Help You Succeed in This Role\nWe are looking for someone who:\nIs recognized for their ability to lead complex strategic initiatives in a matrix environment involving multiple stakeholders.\nStands out through their influential leadership and ability to mobilize multidisciplinary teams around shared objectives.\nDemonstrates a strong ability to structure strategic initiatives, establish effective governance, and support decision-making processes.\nIs recognized for their sound judgment, analytical thinking, and political acumen in high-impact and fast-evolving environments.\nHas a minimum of ten (10) years of relevant experience in project management or strategic program delivery.\nHolds a bachelor's degree in business administration, computer science, engineering, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.\nDemonstrates expertise in Agile, Lean, hybrid, or traditional project management approaches and can adapt their methodology to the context.\nHas knowledge of cloud environments, FinOps practices, technology governance, or digital transformation, which would be considered an asset.\nHas an advanced level of proficiency in both French and English, as the incumbent will act as an advisor to various stakeholders located across Canada.
