No matter the role or the location, we’re all united in the vision to lead the programmatic industry and make it better.\nAs an Engineering Manager in our Engineering department, you’ll have the chance to:\nLead high performance technology teams.\n\nLead from the front and lead by example\nHire & develop talented leads & engineers.\n\nOwn and drive business features into technology requirements.\n\nWork closely with Product Managers, Customers to align technology choices with business\n\nrequirements.\nEnsure high quality and timely release & support of products.\n\nActively guide teams to evolve architecture and design of products and APIs.\n\nStay updated on emerging technologies and apply them.\n\nBe a catalyst and drive continuous improvement of engineering practices and improve\n\nengineering efficiency.\nActively guide teams to evolve design reviews, code reviews and troubleshooting.\n\nBe an evangelist for high quality products and driver of best practices.\n\nWho are your stakeholders?\nKey stakeholders include the Product Leads of various products, Leads of various teams across Engineering, Data Science, Analytics, Trading departments.\nWhat you’ll bring\n10+ years’ experience bringing innovative products to the market.\n\nBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering.\n\nExperience building multi-tier web applications, experience working on all layers of the stack is a plus.\n\nExcellent understanding of Object-Oriented Design & Design Patterns.\n\nExcellent grasp of one or more languages including an OO language.\n\nExperience with cloud technologies, SaaS, PaaS & IaaS.\n\nGood understanding of NoSQL technologies and Distributed systems.\n\nExperience with cloud environments such as AWS, Azure or GCP.\n\nPrior experience with Microservices based architectures is a must\n\nStrategic Leadership: Drive the technical strategy and roadmap for developing and integrating innovative Generative AI features into our core product suite, from ideation to production.\n\nAI Technical Oversight: Oversee the architecture and implementation of scalable, reliable systems that leverage GenAI, making key decisions on using third-party APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Gemini).\n\nCross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Product, Data Science, and UX teams to define product requirements, establish evaluation metrics, and ensure the responsible and ethical deployment of AI and engineering products.\n\nInternalized and practices agile best practices.\n\nLeadership skills to build high performance teams & continuously raise the bar on innovation,\n\nQuality and efficiency.\n\nTeam Enablement: Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing engineering team focused on building products powered by Cloud infrastructure, Microservices, Big data operations and Large Language Models (LLMs), guiding them through the unique challenges.\n\nExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills.\n\nInnovative in terms of product, technology and processes.\n\nStay up to date with the latest technologies.\n\nParticipate in formulation of the technical roadmap and strategy.\n\nCollaborates with both internal and external stakeholders and leads cross-functional teams in the development of the roadmap.\n\nGood communication and presentation skills.\n\nWe’ve highlighted some key skills, experience and requirements for this role. You ensure that design/architecture documents incorporate these practices and introduce new tools and methodologies when appropriate to simplify or increase efficiency of development. You’ll drive evaluation of new tools via POCs and continuously evaluate how the team operates in different areas of software engineering and GenAI.
