This focused engagement is 100% dedicated to the development and launch of the Planning Agent. The ideal candidate should possess product-level development expertise in GenAI-powered solutions and will be responsible for consulting and providing recommendations on building world-class, scaled Agentic AI.\nKey Roles & Responsibilities:\nProduct Enhancement & Strategy: Collaborate with the development team to enhance the usability and technical capability of the Planning Agent in alignment with the overall product requirement. Identify and qualify technical business opportunities, address key technical objections, and develop strategies to resolve technical blockers.\nTechnical AI Leadership: Provide agentic AI expertise to support the technical development of MiQ's Planning Agent product. Design detailed technical requirements, create compelling demos and proof-of-concept work, and partner with Product to prioritise and implement optimal technical solutions.\nArchitecture & Integration: Lead and design integration strategies, enterprise architectures, platforms, and application infrastructure necessary to implement a unified and seamless user experience across various MiQ products.\nScaling & Orchestration: Lead and drive the technical implementation of the Planning Agent's orchestration framework, respective data model integration, and the overall strategy for scaling the solution from MVP to a robust production system.\nCore Development Initiatives: Lead the technical development and integration of advanced features such as Knowledge Graphs, guided prompting techniques, and TAU integration to enhance the agent's capabilities.\nPerformance Optimisation: Provide technical expertise to enhance the overall efficiency, speed and relevancy of the Planning Agent's response, ensuring structured output aligned with specific business contexts.\nWho are your stakeholders?\nInternal Consumer/Stakeholders:\nEnd Users (Product/ Account Managers / Traders / Sales / Analysts): Gather insights into business challenges and user feedback to propose solutions and features for enhanced user experience.\nDevelopment Team: Collaborate with Technology Managers to foster technical excellence in product development, ensuring the creation of robust, proven, scalable, data science-driven, and high-impact solutions.\n What you’ll bring\nBachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, Engineering, Physics, Economics, or a related quantitative field.\n10 years of work experience using data science to solve product or business problems, performing statistical analysis, and coding (e.g., Python, R, SQL) \nExperience translating product and business questions into clearly framed investigative projects, extracting and manipulating large datasets, and applying statistical methods.\nExperience with building AI and machine learning solutions, Machine Learning Operation frameworks, and leveraging specific ML architectures.\nExperience architecting and developing agentic solutions for scalable, distributed systems and with ML technologies.\nExperience in driving a research-driven approach to develop agentic architectures, in alignment with external advancements.\nAbility to learn, understand, and work with new emerging technologies, methodologies, and solutions in the AI space.\nAbility to present to executives and communicate effectively with highly technical leadership teams.\nAbility to manage multiple assignments simultaneously in a fluid environment.\nExperience in the advertising or ad-tech industry will be a plus.\nWe’ve highlighted some key skills, experience and requirements for this role.
