and workplace functionality through effective management of building systems and services.\nMonitor facility safety, regulatory compliance, and environmental requirements while supporting continuous improvement initiatives.\nCapital Projects & Equipment Implementation\nSupport capital investment and development projects from concept through implementation, including planning, equipment selection, supplier coordination, budgeting, scheduling, and project execution.\nCollaborate with Engineering, Operations, and Manufacturing teams to develop equipment layouts and facility integration plans.\nManage project timelines, contractor activities, equipment acceptance, startup activities, and operational handoff.\nCoordinate communication and implementation activities between affected plants and departments.\nEnsure all equipment and facility projects meet company safety standards, OSHA regulations, and internal policies.\nDevelop and maintain operating procedures, work instructions, and Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) documentation for new equipment and processes.\nCoordinate installation, commissioning, modification, and upgrades of mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, controls, and HMI systems.\nProvide technical support during project startup, validation, debugging, and ongoing operation.\nAnalyze equipment performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement corrective actions to improve reliability and efficiency.\nMaintenance & Technical Support\nProvide plant-wide technical expertise and support for manufacturing equipment, facility systems, and operational processes.\nEvaluate equipment failures, identify root causes, and develop corrective and preventive actions.\nSupport production operations through rapid response to critical equipment issues and infrastructure challenges.\nLead reliability and continuous improvement initiatives focused on equipment uptime, productivity, and maintenance effectiveness.\nLeadership & Team Management\nLead, coach, and develop maintenance technicians and facility personnel to achieve operational, safety, and performance objectives.\nEstablish priorities, assign resources, and monitor departmental performance metrics.\nFoster a culture of accountability, teamwork, continuous improvement, and customer service throughout the organization.\nParticipate in workforce planning, training, succession planning, and employee development activities.\nSafety, Compliance & Emergency Preparedness\nChampion plant safety initiatives and ensure compliance with OSHA, environmental, and company standards.\nParticipate in and support 5S, continuous improvement, and operational excellence initiatives.\nLead emergency preparedness activities, business continuity planning, and facility emergency response support.\nCoordinate facility readiness and support activities during emergency situations.\nManage setup, support, and logistics for company events, visits, audits, and special functions.\nAdditional Preferred Qualifications\nExperience with industrial facility maintenance in an automotive or manufacturing environment.\nKnowledge of HVAC, electrical distribution, compressed air systems, hydraulics, controls, robotics, and facility infrastructure.\nExperience managing capital projects, contractors, and maintenance budgets.\nStrong understanding of OSHA regulations, Lockout/Tagout requirements, NFPA standards, and facility safety
