high-performing technical teams\nWhat will you do?\nLead the technical strategy and continuous improvement of automotive paint processes and maintenance.\nEnsure process stability and optimization of critical painting parameters.\nLead root cause analysis and technical problem-solving related to paint defects and process variation.\nDevelop and implement actions focused on reducing scrap, rework and process variability.\nDrive improvements in productivity, quality, efficiency and operating costs.\nProvide technical leadership for paint booths, application systems, curing ovens, automation and associated equipment.\nWork closely with Production, Quality, Maintenance and Engineering to ensure process performance.\nParticipate in new product launches, process validations and implementation of new technologies.\nSupport PFMEA, Control Plan and other automotive quality requirements.\nLead technical improvement projects and promote a strong continuous improvement culture.\nDevelop the technical capabilities of engineers and technicians within the paint operation.\nProvide technical support for audits and customer requirements related to the paint process.\nWhat are we looking for?\n Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Industrial, Materials Engineering or related field.\n5+ years of experience in automotive paint processes and maintenance.\nStrong knowledge of paint booths, application systems, curing processes and paint process parameters.\nExperience in troubleshooting and permanent resolution of paint quality defects.\nExperience leading technical teams and/or multidisciplinary projects.\nKnowledge of:\nPFMEA & Control Plan\nIATF 16949\nRoot Cause Analysis\n8D / 5 Why's / Ishikawa\nContinuous Improvement\nAutomotive manufacturing processes\nExperience with paint processes and maintenance for plastic automotive components is highly desirable.\nIntermediate to advanced English preferred.\nIf you have solid experience in
