specifications, and financial conditions of contracts.\nDevelops new business and expands product line.\nEnsures adherence to master plans and schedules, develops solutions to program problems, and directs work of incumbents assigned to program from various departments.\nEnsures projects are completed on time and within budget.\nActs as advisor to program team regarding projects, tasks, and operations.\nEducation:\nBS/BA required\nMBA/MS preferred\nExperience:\nRequires 5-8 years of experience\nKnowledge/Skills/Abilities:\nLeadership: Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills are needed to manage a diverse, cross-functional team without direct authority.\nTechnical knowledge: Strong understanding of engineering principles, product development, and manufacturing processes, particularly in the supplier's specific area of expertise.\nCommunication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are necessary for effectively interfacing with customers, internal teams, and executive management.\nProblem-solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to proactively address issues and develop viable countermeasures.\nLocation: Toluca,
