As an Agentic Discovery Engineer, you’ll turn ambiguity into clear, validated direction by building and experimenting with agentic systems from the ground up. This is not a role for passive analysis-you’ll learn by doing, rapidly prototyping workflows, testing LLM behaviours, and iterating in real environments to uncover what actually works.\nWorking closely with Product, Platform, and Outcome Leads, you’ll shape solution direction at the earliest stage by producing tangible evidence: prototypes, evaluations, prompts, and insights that bring clarity to complexity. Your work will directly enable engineering teams to scale solutions with confidence, grounded in real-world validation rather than assumptions.\nThis role is designed for engineers who are naturally curious, hands-on, and excited by modern AI tooling.
