This role is ideal for a graduate who is organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and interested in building a career in operations and program management.\nKey Responsibilities\nSupport day-to-day batch operations, student onboarding, and training coordination.\nMaintain attendance records, assessment schedules, trackers, and delivery reports.\nCoordinate with trainers, internal teams, and on-ground SPOCs to ensure smooth program execution.\nAssist with platform-related activities, including course setup, learner mapping, and assessment coordination.\nTrack daily challenges, assignments, assessments, and program milestones.\nEnsure timely data updates, accurate reporting, and closure of operational action items.\nMonitor day-to-day delivery activities, identify operational gaps, and escalate potential risks.\nProvide administrative and operational support to ensure timely execution of training programs.\nKey Skills\nGood verbal and written communication skills.\nStrong coordination, follow-up, and organizational skills.\nWorking knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and PowerPoint.\nGood analytical skills and attention to detail.\nAbility to manage multiple tasks and meet strict deadlines.\nProactive approach with a strong sense of ownership.\nWillingness to learn and adapt to new tools and processes.\nAbility to work in a fast-paced
