The ideal candidate should have good communication and customer-handling skills, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn.\nThis role involves working closely with clients and internal teams, travelling when required, and supporting operations at different client locations. Candidates should be comfortable with location flexibility and long-term client deployments based on business requirements.\nKey Responsibilities\nSupport day-to-day ground operations and program coordination at client locations.\nAssist with client onboarding, communication, and coordination.\nCoordinate with clients and internal teams to ensure timely completion of tasks and requirements.\nHandle client queries professionally and escalate issues when necessary.\nMaintain trackers, reports, and operational documentation accurately.\nFollow up on pending tasks and ensure smooth execution of client requirements.\nAdapt to different client environments, work practices, and operational needs.\nUse Excel/Google Sheets and other digital tools for daily reporting and coordination.\nTravel to client locations across the North region whenever required.\nKey Skills & Competencies\nGood verbal and written communication skills.\nStrong customer-handling, coordination, and follow-up skills.\nPositive attitude, willingness to learn, and a proactive approach.\nAdaptability and the ability to work in different client environments.\nFlexibility to travel and work from
