This role is ideal for a fresher who is a good communicator, organized, proactive, and willing to learn.\nKey Responsibilities\nSupport the Training Operations team with daily training program activities.\nAssist with training program coordination and scheduling.\nFollow up on training requirements and internal requests for timely closure.\nCoordinate with trainers, clients, and internal teams to ensure smooth program execution.\nMaintain trackers, reports, and training-related documentation accurately.\nAssist with training-related queries and escalate issues when required.\nSupport the team in ensuring smooth execution of training programs.\nUse Excel/Google Sheets and other digital tools for daily activities.\nTravel Requirement\nMust be comfortable with travel, location flexibility, and long-term client deployments, as required.\nKey Skills\nGood verbal and written communication skills.\nStrong coordination and follow-up skills.\nBasic understanding of operational/administrative processes.\nTraining program coordination and stakeholder management skills.\nProblem-solving mindset and proactive approach.\nWillingness to learn and adapt quickly.\nWorking knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets.\nComfortable working with multiple tools and platforms.\nQualifications & Eligibility\nBachelor's degree in any discipline.\nFreshers or candidates
