You'll be accountable for ensuring each program runs on schedule, within scope, and to quality standards, from kickoff through to completion.\nKey Responsibilities\nTrainer & Resource Coordination\nCoordinate with trainers and internal teams to confirm schedules and resolve conflicts\nEnsure the right trainers are assigned to the right sessions for each program\nStakeholder Communication\nAct as the day-to-day point of contact for the client/campus coordinator on program status\nSend regular updates and proactively surface issues before they escalate\nQuality & Compliance Checks\nTrack attendance, session completion, and adherence to the agreed schedule\nEscalate quality or compliance gaps to leadership in a timely manner\nRisk & Issue Management\nIdentify risks - trainer unavailability, scope changes, client escalations - early\nDrive risks to resolution, looping in the Ops lead/manager when needed\nReporting\nMaintain up-to-date status reports/dashboards for assigned programs\nShare progress in review meetings with relevant stakeholders\nProcess Adherence & Improvement\nFollow established templates for program setup, including day-wise task creation across program types\nSuggest process improvements based on on-ground delivery experience\nWhat We're Looking For\nOwnership Mindset: Comfortable being fully accountable for a program's schedule, scope, and quality -
