In this role, you will own end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding top talent. You will contribute to hiring talent that supports iamneo's core product suite - NeoPAT, NeoColab, NeoHire, and NeoCoder\nKey Responsibilities\nRecruitment and Coordination\nManage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and onboarding support \nSource candidates through job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed), employee referrals, social media, and campus hiring initiatives \nScreen resumes and conduct initial telephonic or video interviews to assess candidate fitment \nSchedule and drive interview rounds with hiring managers and internal stakeholders \nManage requisitions, pipeline tracking, and candidate records in Keka Hire.
