The ideal candidate is someone who communicates effectively across functions and is able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.\nHow You Will Help\nProcess invoices accurately and timely while meeting established daily and weekly productivity targets.\nProactively communicate invoice discrepancies and collaborate with purchasing, receiving, and business partners to resolve issues.\nPrioritize workload based on payment terms and business needs.\nFollow established AP processes, internal controls, and approval workflows.\nMaintain organized documentation and audit-ready records.\nRespond to vendor inquiries professionally within service-level expectations.\nWhat You Will Bring\n2 - 4 years of Accounts Payable experience, preferable in manufacturing, distribution, or supply chain environment.\nMinimum 2 years of experience and familiarity with 3-way match (order, proof of delivery, invoice).\nExperience with ERP Systems (M3, D365, Oracle, JD Edwards, SAP)\nKnowledge of and experience working with AP full cycle.\nStrong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.\nProven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.\nMedius experience is a plus.\nCompensation\nThe base salary range for this position is $50,000 - $60,000 USD annually*.\n*The salary range for this position reflects a reasonable estimate of the range of compensation for this role.
